Ideas must earn the right to move forward. Capital and attention move toward validated opportunities — not toward attachment.

Identify overlooked customer problems, underdeveloped markets, inefficient products, fragmented industries, and unmet demand.
02. Validate
Research customers, competitors, pricing, sourcing, margins, manufacturing, distribution, and actual commercial demand.
03. Form
Build the product, brand, supply chain, systems, distribution strategy, and launch infrastructure needed to create a real company.
04. Scale or Kill
Winning concepts receive more resources. Weak concepts are changed, paused, or shut down quickly. Chase & Form does not become emotionally attached to bad ideas.
